METHODOLOGY
With every project, I utilise my ‘Meet Make Move Method’ - a three stage process carried out primarily online. I draw on over two decades working in and on small business communications as a performer, instructor, copywriter, and creative. I aim for every client to enjoy a creative process that is clear, and easeful on the way to a satisfying outcome.

We come together and establish the terrain.
I listen and learn about your business. We’ll discuss your products and services, the needs of your clients, gaps, workload, goals, and capacity.
This first stage of the process aims to find a working resonance between you and I - so that we’re singing the same tune, you could say.

I liked the format your preso was in, with having the little video of you in the corner - great! - delivery of information was super clear, and it was easy to follow along with the screen notes - your tone was perfect - some of your insights were particularly helpful - especially the information on the 'accessibility checker' and the Google business profile, which I knew nothing about - I appreciated the wrap up slide at the end with action steps
