The Pin Project

Over the last 4 years, I have created designs that I think represent the idea of the soft edge. Concepts you could call them.

A few I have printed on to t-shirts and gifted to my husband.

This one gets plenty of compliments when he wears it outside the house.

But every time I’ve gone to create a print-on-demand t-shirt shop for the soft edges site, I lose steam. It’s boring. The t-shirt necks are too high. They look generic.

Then I remembered my friend Hilary Martin’s suggestion to make badges out of my designs. After researching solo for a day or so I thought no, I want to work collaboratively with others. So, I approached my friend Nadiah, a designer and business owner to see if she was interested in having a play with the designs and her laser cutter. She was delighted to be asked.

I can’t wait to see what shapes up and share with you the first designs as they form. Stay tuned.
