Titled, Loungescape, this digital collage was inspired by my first visit to The Ace Hotel, Sydney. I love being in the liminal spaces of hotels. I feel a sense of expansiveness and possibility (at The Ace, in particular). I photographed the cool, Japan inspired retro aesthetic and used a shot of the green lounge in the room with a mountain range behind it to express the feeling of this hotel experience.
